Elie Saab Couture F/W 08

Aaaaah, nothing like a fresh brand spanking new Couture collection from our favourite Lebanese designer friend Elie Saab.

This season's Couture at Elie Saab offered only the best and most glamorous, a usual for the label.Florals were a constant theme in Mr Saab's dresses and dominating colours included scarlet red, deep blue and ice white.The drapery was exaggerated and resulted in a very heavy curtain-ish feeling. The romantic mood that filled this show added to the dramatic effect that the drapery emitted.

I personally loved this collection and consider it as one of Mr Saab's bests.
